a joint venture project
with the al-zimmiz to
establish and operate on
fish processing and
canning factories in the
eastern province of the
country. The proposed
location is as follows.

Project
The proposed joint
venture project with the
Al-Zimmiz International
(pvt) ltd would involve
the construction of fish
canning and processing
factory at the given
location with all
required infrastructure,
plant and machineries
for the required
production output as
proposed by the joint
venture partner and its
subsequent commercial
production. This canning
factory would initially
operate at a medium
level production of
03-05 m. Tons per day
output
Joint venture company
The
successful proposed
would be require to
enter into an agreement
with the Al-Zimmiz
International (pvt) Ltd
in order to register and
establish a separate
joint venture company
which would also have
approval from the Board
of Investment , Sri
Lanka. This Company
would be separate entity
from the Al-Zimmiz
International (pvt) Ltd
and its output
production would be
divided proportionately
for the export and local
market sales.
